Job summary

Pharmacy Technician Certification Board is seeking a remote Specialty Pharmacy Pharm Tech and Intake Specialist to support our growing team in enroll­ing new patients and ensuring complete patient records in the dispensing system. This role is Monday–Friday and requires both national and state licensure.

Primary duties include calling patients, enrolling them into specialty services, coordinating with doctors and insurance, and documenting workflows with high accuracy.

Qualifications

• National and state licensure are required.
• Remote work setup experience a plus.
• Ability to translate prescription information to dispensing software.

Responsibilities

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services and collect billing information.
• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers and healthcare professionals.
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary information.
• Manage assigned workflow queues and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist providers and insurance companies with prior authorizations.
