The role involves translating prescription information, supporting prior authorizations, and collaborating across pharmacy operations to deliver accurate dispensing data.

Qualifikationen

• Enroll patients into specialty services including care management and copay programs.
• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers and healthcare professionals.
• Translate prescription information for dispensing and triage prior authorizations.
