Job summary

Sumitomo Pharma America (SMPA) is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager – Specialty to represent SMPA with customers and drive growth in oncology, urology, women's health, and CNS portfolios. You will own the territory, build strategic relationships, and deliver superior clinical insights.

You will travel extensively (60–80%), manage accounts, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives while adhering to compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area is required.
• Two or more years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in Urology.
• Experience with a pharmaceutical launch.
• Knowledge of market access formulary positioning.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales objectives and grow market share across assigned accounts.
• Establish deep relationships based on clinical and market dynamics.
• Close new business in both new and existing accounts based on market potential.
• Provide clinical expertise and adapt to evolving healthcare landscape.
• Travel 60–80% across territory; overnight stays may be required.
