• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience in mining and resources.
• Proven success sourcing and placing technical and operational roles in mining.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Source and recruit specialized talent for mining and resources roles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies via platforms and networks.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills and fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with client hiring managers to understand requirements and culture.
• Manage candidate communication and provide updates throughout the process.
