You will advise on market entry, operational efficiency, ESG, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate holds an MBA or master’s degree and has at least six years of mining-focused consulting experience, with strong leadership and client-facing

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Mining, Business, Economics).
• Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience with a focus on mining and resources.
• Proven experience in corporate strategy, operational improvement, or digital transformation in mining.
• Deep understanding of mining value chains and sector challenges.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead client engagements and manage teams; travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for mining and resource companies addressing market dynamics and growth opportunities.
• Perform in-depth industry analysis including market sizing and trend forecasting.
• Advise clients on operational excellence, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements in mining operations.
• Provide expertise on ESG strategies and regulatory compliance in mining.
• Lead engagements on digital transformation and technology adoption in mining.
• Facilitate workshops with senior client executives and present findings clearly.
• Prepare reports and business cases for client decision-making.
