David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a leading global entertainment streaming platform. The role is remote from Portugal and involves handling account inquiries, billing issues, and technical troubleshooting while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will work across channels with empathy, resolve problems, and collaborate with internal teams.

Formación

• Fluency in Castilian Spanish and at least a B1 level of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with computers and online services.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a remote setup.
