Streaming Platform in Portugal is seeking a Customer Advisor to be the first point of contact for subscribers, delivering timely assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a seamless streaming experience.

The role covers handling billing, subscriptions, account troubleshooting, and providing technical support for devices and apps, with opportunities to improve the customer journey through proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Strong problem-solving and independent troubleshooting abilities.
Empathetic, patient, customer-centric service approach.
Proficient with computer systems, streaming devices and digital platforms.
