Reporting to the Communications Manager, the role delivers accurate, timely support across phone, email, chat, and other channels while maintaining detailed documentation.

You will work independently, adapt to evolving priorities, and provide frontline feedback to improve processes and AI responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Comfort with AI-enabled support tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task across channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service via phone, email, chat, or other methods.
• Document all customer accounts accurately and promptly.
• Use tools and troubleshoot before escalation.
• Assist with certificate requests and manage emails.
• Self-manage tasks and work independently.
• Adapt to shifting channel demands with empathy.
• Provide frontline feedback to improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
