Job summary

Toast, Inc. seeks a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast’s presence within Spanish Cuisine restaurants. This remote, home-office role serves the North Bay area and requires fluency in English and Spanish to lead demos, close contracts, and quote in the customer’s preferred language.

You will manage inbound in language, generate new opportunities, and collaborate with onboarding to ensure post-sale success, with interviews conducted primarily in English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Spanish is required for this role.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An entrepreneurial and feedback driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Following up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conducting discovery calls & product demonstrations in your customer’s preferred language.
• Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in your customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure our onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape in your market to best position Toast.
• Use Spanish with customers; use English to communicate with Toast teammates.
• The interview process will be conducted primarily in English.
• Toast will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this role.
