Job summary

Winning Assistants, Inc. is seeking a Spanish-Bilingual Medical Virtual Receptionist to support a California-based physical therapy practice. This remote role handles patient scheduling, intake, and front desk coordination for English- and Spanish-speaking patients.

The position runs Monday-Friday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM PT, with 40 hours weekly, remote work, and $6–$8 per hour depending on experience. Preference for candidates in Latin America.

Qualifications

• Experience as Medical Receptionist or similar role.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with scheduling, intake processing, and follow-ups.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Schedule evaluations and follow-ups using Jane App.
• Contact patients to schedule appointments and coordinate visits.
• Manage waitlists and fill cancellations.
• Follow up with patients who have remaining visits.
• Coordinate provider schedules for efficient operations.
• Handle 20+ inbound calls daily and high-volume messages.
• Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
• Explain scheduling policies and insurance-visit procedures.
• Assist with Kaiser referrals and insurance authorizations.
• Escalate clinical questions appropriately.
