Atlassian is seeking a Customer Success Manager fluent in Spanish and English to guide enterprise customers through value realization and adoption of Jira, Confluence, and JSM across the Americas. This fully remote role requires coordinating with executives, admins, and global teams to drive successful outcomes.

Candidates should have 3–7 years in customer success or account management within a complex SaaS portfolio, with proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and to leverage Success Plans

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in Customer Success or account management with enterprise SaaS.
• Trusted advisor capable of guiding executive-level partners.
• Experience using Success Plans and Business Reviews to drive outcomes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight and BI tools like Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop Customer Success Plans with regular check-ins and Executive Business Reviews.
• Manage post-sales activity, build relationships and ensure adoption and expansion.
• Speak with customers about relevant features for their needs and lifecycle.
• Identify risks early and coordinate with the account team to mitigate churn.
