Filestage, a fully remote company serving customers across the Americas, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the customer journey from onboarding through renewal. You will build deep relationships, drive product adoption, and act as a trusted partner guiding customers to long-term value.

You will develop success plans tailored to each customer, monitor health signals, and lead strategic business reviews. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
