Job summary

Atlassian is hiring a Customer Success Manager to help customers realize the value of their Atlassian investments across a broad SaaS portfolio. You will engage executives, administrators and global teams to drive adoption, expansion and long-term growth of customer users.

You’ll build trusted advisor relationships and guide complex customers through success plans, ensuring measurable outcomes and a seamless customer experience with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in Customer Success or account management with a track record managing Enterprise customers with a complex SaaS product portfolio.
• Experience establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customer partners to guide outcomes.
• Experience using Success Plans to ensure goals are aligned from a business strategy perspective and success metrics are identified.
• Understanding of Jira and Confluence end-user use cases and ways of working, with ability to demonstrate those use cases and trade-offs.
• Experience balancing a book of business in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through their Atlassian journey.
• Deliver value realization through proactive, programmatic engagement and best practices.
• Collaborate with account team to develop Customer Success Plans, including regular check-ins and Executive Business Reviews.
• Mitigate churn through early risk identification and escalation in partnership with the account team.
