Vimo is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our elite teams. You will deliver an amazing customer experience and help users find and enroll in health insurance from a home office.

This is a full-time role with base pay of $19.00/hr for Spanish bilingual candidates, plus performance incentives and paid training. A private workspace, reliable internet, and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Complete Background check and drug test within 3 days.
• Dedicated, private, and secure workspace.
• Personal device with functioning camera required for Training Period.
• Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period.
• Minimum Internet Speed of 100 mb/s with ethernet.
• Cable/Fiber broadband with hard-wired ethernet connection required.
• NOT compatible with mobile internet or satellites.
• NOT compatible with Wi-Fi or adapters/extenders (e.g., T-Mobile).
