Job summary

THG, a global ecommerce group, seeks an Account Executive for ESPA’s spa & wellness business across the Americas. You will manage luxury spa accounts, build strong relationships with directors and operations teams, and drive growth through strategic account plans.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury skincare/spa, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to travel regionally. It offers a competitive salary and benefits with remote work in the US.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in professional skincare, luxury spa, wellness, hospitality, or prestige beauty.
• Proven experience managing and growing commercial accounts.
• Strong understanding of skincare, spa treatments, retail environments, and revenue drivers.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow ESPA professional spa accounts across the Americas.
• Build relationships with Spa Directors, GMs, and operations teams.
• Develop annual account development plans for strategic partners.
• Lead meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions with partners.
• Coordinate training, product launches, and retail education.
