Job summary

THG seeks an Account Executive, Spa & Wellness for ESPA to drive profitable growth across the Americas. You will manage a portfolio of luxury spa partners, develop revenue growth plans, and lead brand discussions with Spa Directors and Operations leaders.

You will travel ~40–50% across the Americas, coordinating with ESPA Training & Education to ensure product launches and retailer education, while leveraging CRM and AI-enabled sales analytics to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in professional skincare, luxury spa, wellness, hospitality, or prestige beauty.
• Proven experience managing and growing commercial accounts.
• Strong understanding of spa operations and revenue drivers.
• Advanced computer literacy including MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools; AI in sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow ESPA professional spa accounts across the Americas.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with Spa Directors and other decision-makers.
• Create annual account development plans to increase usage and revenue.
• Identify, prospect, and qualify new luxury spa, resort, hotel, and wellness opportunities.
• Lead introductory meetings, brand presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
• Act as a consultative partner to spa leadership to improve retail conversion and reorder frequency.
