Job summary

Keg Logistics is seeking a Southwest Sales Manager to drive growth across CA, NV, AZ and UT. The role focuses on closing deals, developing partnerships and managing a regional sales pipeline with remote flexibility.

The position reports to the SVP of Sales and requires strong account leadership, contract negotiation and CRM discipline to sustain revenue, with up to 25% travel typical for the territory.

Qualifications

• Current business development, sales and business-to-business experience preferred.
• Experience selling into beverage, brewing, winery or packaging/supply-chain sectors in CA, NV, AZ or UT is a plus.
• Microsoft Office and CRM software experience preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Secure new business and maintain a robust pipeline across CA, NV, AZ and UT.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Lead as the point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Prepare proposals and analyze contracts for negotiation.
• Use CRM to document call and visit notes and follow up actions.
• Generate leads, build quotes and track sales process in CRM.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events across the region.
