Datacenter People LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue across the Southwest region, working remotely with a US-based customer base. You will lead channel partners and direct sales, crafting targeted market strategies and winning contracts with data center clients.

You'll tailor proposals, deliver compelling presentations, and maintain a disciplined CRM. Frequent travel (~50%) and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

5-7 years sales experience in B2B environments.
Account management experience preferred.
1-3 years management/leadership experience required.
Experience selling to data center/industrial sectors is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve the region’s annual revenue objective.
Manage channel sales through reps, resellers, and direct sales.
Develop and implement target market and account strategies.
Negotiate contracts and assist in administration.
Create proposals and deliver presentations.
Monitor market trends and suggest new products.
Maintain disciplined CRM usage and pipeline hygiene.
Represent the company at industry events.
Travel 50%+ of the time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
