Miller Resource Group is seeking a Distribution Account Manager for the Southwest, a remote role covering the Southwest United States. The position focuses on building and expanding a robust distributor network, driving growth through training, joint visits and strategic account development.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial sales or distribution management and a strong background in process instrumentation or related products, with excellent communication and relationship-building

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial sales or distribution account management
• Experience selling process instrumentation or related industrial products
• Strong distributor relationship development and channel development skills
• Ability to work with engineers, maintenance teams and end users
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a broad territory remotely

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop relationships with industrial distributors across the Southwest territory.
• Identify opportunities to expand product penetration, grow existing accounts and develop new distributor business.
• Conduct joint sales calls with distributor reps to support end-user and OEM opportunities.
• Deliver product training, technical presentations, and sales support to distributor teams.
• Develop territory growth strategies, account plans and initiatives to increase market share.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Product Management and Applications Engineering to support customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell a broad portfolio of industrial instrumentation and measurement solutions.
• Monitor distributor performance, market activity and competitive trends to uncover growth opportunities.
