Job summary

Miller Resource Group represents an established manufacturer of industrial process instrumentation and monitoring solutions seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support North America from a remote U.S. location.

The role emphasises technical sales, channel development with manufacturers’ representatives, and growth across key industrial markets. You will act as a technical and commercial resource, conducting joint visits, product demonstrations, and training while partnering with Engineering and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process instrumentation or technical sales.
• Strong technical understanding of signal conditioners, transmitters, temperature measurement, and process monitoring.
• Experience working with manufacturers’ representatives or distributors.
• Ability to understand customer applications and recommend solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple relationships in a wide territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a network of independent representatives across North America.
• Serve as a technical product expert, helping reps identify solutions for complex applications.
• Develop relationships with rep organizations, distributors, and end users to expand market presence.
• Conduct joint customer visits, technical demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Identify new business opportunities and help reps develop capture strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Applications Engineering, and Sales teams to support product selection and quotations.
• Evaluate rep performance and develop growth strategies for territory revenue.
• Maintain understanding of competing technologies and industry trends.
