Job summary

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC is seeking an Industrial Sales Manager for the North Georgia/West North Carolina region. You will develop distributor relationships, train partners, and drive account plans to grow sales and market share.

The role requires managing a robust pipeline, delivering value propositions, and coordinating product trials and demos. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial sales, experience with distribution channels, and strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales experience; selling on value and industrial products.
Experience with distribution channels.
Technical aptitude to sell a full product portfolio.
Ability to build effective account plans and manage opportunities.
Strong communication of value to end user management.
Strong value selling skills to convert new business.
Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, time management and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel overnight at least 50%.

Foster strong distributor relationships that advocate for and drive growth.
Design and execute distributor training programs to ensure product knowledge and effective marketing strategies.
Devise account plans with strategic end users and distributors to boost sales and market share.
