UE Systems is seeking a driven, technically minded sales professional to own the Southeast territory. You will develop new business, grow existing accounts, and become a trusted advisor to maintenance and reliability professionals across the region.

The role emphasizes field-based consultative selling, building strong customer relationships, and driving territory growth while traveling 50–75% to customer sites. A technical background in industrial maintenance or PdM is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance, reliability, PdM, or field operations in asset-intensive environments.
• Experience translating reliability opportunities into practical value for plant teams.
• Ability to travel 50–75% to customer sites in a field-based technical role.

Responsibilities

• Own the Southeast sales territory and develop a territory plan to grow revenue and expand accounts.
• Proactively prospect for new business and reconnect with inactive accounts to build a strong pipeline.
• Build relationships with maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, and leadership to identify opportunities.
• Demonstrate ultrasound solutions and provide value through demonstrations, proof-of-value, and customer education.
• Lead customer discovery, onsite evaluations, product demonstrations, and value storytelling to move opportunities forward.
• Manage full sales cycle from identification to proposal, negotiation, and close with internal support.
• Maintain an organized territory plan and accurate pipeline using HubSpot or CRM.
