Job summary

UE Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own the Southeast territory, develop new customer relationships, and drive growth across industrial markets.

In this field-based role, you will expand UE Systems' customer base, strengthen existing accounts, and position our ultrasound solutions as a key part of customers' maintenance and reliability programs. Expect 50-75% travel within the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales or related customer-facing commercial roles.
• Ability to develop new business, manage opportunities, and drive territory growth.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a Southeast territory sales strategy focused on revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
• Develop opportunities across industrial markets and reconnect with inactive accounts to grow the pipeline.
• Build relationships with maintenance, reliability, operations, and business leaders to position UE Systems as a trusted partner.
• Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover customer challenges and identify value opportunities.
• Sell UE Systems' hardware, software, training, and services to improve uptime and asset reliability.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and long-term account growth.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using HubSpot.
