Job summary

Farmers Insurance seeks an experiencedAssociate Agency Portfolio Manager to analyze agency activity, drive premium growth, and support strategic initiatives across personal, specialty and commercial lines. You will leverage data tools to monitor performance and guide agency partners toward profitable outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in sales/marketing or insurance, with fluency in English and Spanish, and a preference for candidates with a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years sales, marketing or insurance experience.
• Specialty, Auto and Commercial lines product knowledge.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Analyzes agency activity within a portfolio of assigned agencies to understand trends and realize premium and profit objectives for all lines of business.
• Promotes Farmers value proposition and drives results across Personal, Specialty and Business Insurance.
• Uses technology tools to manage agency data and performance and maintains up-to-date competitor and activity records.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to new Associate Agency Portfolio Managers and supports cross-functional collaboration.
