Farmers seeks an Inside Territory Manager to oversee a portfolio of Foremost Independent Agencies across multiple states. The role focuses on driving profitable growth, expanding agency partnerships, and aligning product offerings with strategic goals.

This is a hybrid role with potential in-office days and remote work, depending on location. The candidate should have at least three years in insurance distribution, a proven record of sales success, and territory management experience.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience in insurance distribution or related field.
• Experience achieving profitable premium growth and sales success.
• Territory management experience with multi-state exposure.

Responsabilités

• Owns and manages assigned portfolio driving profitable growth to achieve targets with guidance.
• Develops territory tactical plan and agency management processes to support goals.
• Builds and cultivates agency partnerships using a consultative sales framework.
• Coordinates plans with field distribution partners to align with key strategies.
• Drives quality of new business flow and manages risk across the portfolio.
