Qualifications

• Minimum five years of field insurance sales and management experience.
• Experience achieving profitable premium growth and sales success.
• IA Distribution/agency management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages an assigned territory driving profitable growth.
• Develops and executes territory plans and agency management processes.
• Builds agency partnerships and acts as a trusted advisor on products and underwriting.
