Qualifications

• Requires at least three years of experience in insurance distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; state insurance license preferred upon hire.
• Demonstrates ability to manage and grow agency portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages assigned portfolio to drive profitable growth and achieve targets.
• Develops and promotes agency partnerships using a consultative sales framework.
