Farmers Insurance seeks an Associate Agency Portfolio Manager to analyze agency activity and manage premium under management across Personal, Specialty and Commercial lines. The role supports zone strategies, trains teams on products and technology, and drives profitable growth through data-driven insights.

Work will be conducted remotely in the Southeast region, with collaboration across departments and field zones.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Minimum of 3 years sales, marketing or insurance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in required technology and software.
• Specialty, Auto and Commercial lines product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes agency activity within a portfolio of assigned agencies and recommends methods to provide profitable policy and premium growth.
• Develops and implements strategic plans with management for multiple lines of business.
• Utilizes consultative skills to train on products, services and technology to achieve objectives.
• Maintains up-to-date data on agency activity and performance using various tools.
