Farmers in Atlanta, GA is seeking a seasoned field insurance sales professional to manage an assigned territory and drive profitable premium growth. You will appoint and grow core independent agencies, serve as the primary relationship manager, and promote Farmers products and underwriting philosophy to expand market share.

The role is remote with required weekly field travel, with duties spanning relationship management, training, and strategic execution to meet financial and operational goals

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of field insurance sales and management experience.
• Experience achieving profitable premium growth and sales success.
• IA Distribution experience preferred.
• Territory management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages assigned territory driving profitable growth to meet targets.
• Develops and executes territory plans and agency management processes.
• Builds and cultivates agency partnerships in person with ownership and staff.
• Mentors or coaches less experienced team members as needed.
