Job summary

We Help Recruit Talent is partnering with an established US packaging manufacturer to hire a genuine new-business salesperson for the Southeast and South Central United States. This remote, field-based role focuses on opening doors and winning new customers, not account management.

You will own the territory, build a pipeline, present solutions, quote, and negotiate with decision-makers, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships, with uncapped bonus/commission and strong internal support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of winning new customers.
• Experience developing a geographical territory.
• Experience selling within packaging, manufacturing or another technical B2B environment.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Building your own pipeline and territory strategy.
• Understanding customer packaging requirements.
• Delivering presentations and proposing solutions.
• Preparing quotations and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Developing new customers into long-term accounts.
• Managing sales forecasts and CRM activity.
• Working closely with internal project, customer service and manufacturing teams.
• Attending customer meetings, industry events and trade shows.
