Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition in a multi-state territory. This field-based “Hunter” role reports to the Sales team and focuses on building relationships, closing new business, and transitioning accounts to management after the first year.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development role.
• Proven hunter with a track record of closing new business.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers and expand existing accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand needs and propose tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth transition to Account Management.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
