Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth across the Eastern US in the packaging and co-packing sector. This fully remote role combines strategic development, relationship management, and territory expansion, with exposure to senior leadership.

You will own the regional growth strategy, pursue new opportunities, build partnerships with packaging partners, and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to delivery, with earning potential through incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract packaging, co-packing, or related packaging services.
• Proven success in consultative sales and territory management.
• Strong commercial acumen for identifying new market opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing complex projects from opportunity through delivery.
• Independent, strategic, solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Willingness to travel regularly in the Eastern region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional growth strategy across the Eastern territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and packaging partners.
• Manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting to project delivery.
• Assess requirements and recommend packaging solutions and partners.
• Grow existing accounts and develop new commercial relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer and partner visits across the territory.
• Support expansion initiatives with territory development and market intelligence.
• Create long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth.
