Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking an Outside Sales professional for the Prime Line Division to drive Hard Goods growth across the Southeast. You will build strong relationships with sales teams, customer service, and account stakeholders, while traveling 50–75% and maintaining a 30-day NetSuite calendar.

You’ll collaborate with marketing to create programs, present new product launches, and ensure smooth order flow with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or territory management.
• Strong relationship-building skills with sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to understand customer buying patterns, end-user needs, and go-to-market strategies.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% across NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, and AL.

Responsibilities

• Build annual account plans and manage a 30-day calendar in NetSuite.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive Hard Goods sales (website training, flyers, promotions, incentives, events).
• Conduct one‑on‑one meetings with sales reps to uncover opportunities and present launches.
• Work with inside/outside sales and the decoration team to close opportunities.
• Maintain Primeline’s presence within accounts (showroom upkeep, collateral management) and attend trade shows and events.
