Job summary

Link Technical Talent is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Southeast. You will focus on direct OEM and end-user relationships, in an autonomous remote role with a largely untapped territory and substantial uncapped earning potential.

You will lead new business development, manage an existing portfolio of approximately 30–40 accounts, and receive excellent product training with field-based support. Prior hydraulics/industrial equipment sales experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in hydraulics, fluid power, or industrial equipment.
• Ability to develop new business and manage accounts.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across the Southeast and manage existing portfolio of 30–40 accounts.
• Sell hydraulic cylinders and solutions to OEMs and end users.
• Maintain 70% new business development and 30% account management.
• Remote, autonomous role with untapped territory and uncapped commission potential.
