Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Northeast. This remote role covers a national territory and focuses on OEMs, distributors and end users.

You will identify opportunities, grow profitable sales, and collaborate with Engineering, Product Development and Operations to ensure seamless account expansion. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of hydraulics/pneumatics sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience in Hydraulics/Pneumatics.
• Experience selling directly to OEMs, distribution partners and end users.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business with OEMs, distributors and end users.
• Maintain and grow a regional sales pipeline with robust qualification of opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product Development and Operations to ensure seamless account growth.
• Utilize Salesforce trip reports and sales data to inform management of progress.
• Attend industry trade shows and conferences to build contacts and generate leads.
