Qualificações

• Minimum education of a Bachelor's Degree.
• 8–11 years of experience in integrated solutions sales strategy.
• 12–14 years of experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops strategy for solutions-based sales initiatives aligning with long-term objectives.
• Directs groups to execute complex sales enablement, solution bundling, and integrated value-selling.
• Designs and develops solution packages combining products, services, and digital tools.
• Gleans insights from customer feedback and market metrics to optimize go-to-market strategies.
• Tracks and improves solution sales effectiveness across the lifecycle.
• Advises product and engineering on client trends to shape future solutions.
• Coordinates with alliance partners to expand portfolios and training.
• Coaches senior sales staff on positioning and consultative selling.
• Guides cross-functional teams integrating sales with marketing and customer success.
• Performs other duties and ensures policy compliance.
• Manages staff performance and development.
