Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Quality Engineer II for a fully remote role. You will design, execute, and improve testing practices across functional, regression, integration, and data validation testing for healthcare technology solutions.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA and strong collaboration with product, development, and business teams. Compensation ranges with a substantial benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software quality assurance or related IT delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specs, user stories, and test acceptance criteria to build test plans and strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and scripts aligned with SQA standards.
• Execute manual testing across software apps, workflows, integrations, and reports.
• Support automated testing, run existing scripts, and identify automation opportunities.
• Perform regression testing when new functionality is deployed or configurations change.
• Conduct data validation testing using SQL to verify data integrity and processing.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate fixes.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and release planning to support delivery.
• Track quality metrics and report on test execution, coverage, and release readiness.
• Support user acceptance testing and communicate QA risks clearly.
• Stay current with testing methodologies and tools to improve processes.
• Coach and mentor SQA team members when needed.
• Support release management by documenting issues and confirming testing completion.
