Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Quality Engineer II for a remote, nationwide position. You will design, execute, and improve testing across functional, regression, integration, data, and UAT, contributing to quality metrics and release readiness.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support automation efforts, and mentor SQA teammates while ensuring compliance and security requirements are met for healthcare technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• Experience creating test plans, cases, and defects.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, data validation, and UAT.
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and designs to develop test strategies and plans.
• Create detailed test cases and testing documentation aligned to standards.
• Execute manual testing across apps, integrations, and data exchanges.
• Support automated testing and identify opportunities for automation.
• Perform regression testing on new functionality and releases.
• Validate data using SQL and QA tools to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and track defects through resolution using defect tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and release planning.
• Track QA metrics and support release readiness reporting.
