Job summary

Signature Performance seeks a Solutions Quality Engineer II to design, execute, and improve testing practices across functional, regression, integration, data, and UAT testing. You will contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards, defect management, quality metrics, and release readiness.

You will work remotely from nationwide locations, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure client needs and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes and best practices.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, data validation, and UAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and design test strategies and plans.
• Create detailed test cases, scenarios, and testing documentation.
• Execute manual testing across software applications and integrations.
• Support automated testing and run existing automation scripts.
• Perform regression testing when new functionality is deployed.
• Document defects and track them to resolution using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to validate fixes and readiness.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and tracking quality metrics.
