Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Quality Engineer II for a remote-based role available nationwide. You will design and execute testing across functional, regression, integration, and data validation to improve release readiness and quality.

You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teammates, contribute to test strategies, create detailed test cases and enable automation where possible. The position emphasizes healthcare IT contexts and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills are required.
• Experience with software quality assurance methodologies and testing types (functional, regression, integration, data validation, UAT).
• Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and design test strategies and plans.
• Create detailed test cases, scripts, and documentation.
• Perform manual testing across applications and data flows.
• Support automation and execute existing scripts where applicable.
• Maintain defects and track through resolution.
