Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Quality Engineer II to design, execute, and improve testing across functional, regression, integration, data, and UAT testing activities. You will contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards, defect management, and release readiness.

The role involves collaborating with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, performing data validation with SQL, and supporting automated testing efforts in a remote, nationwide capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and executing test plans, cases, scripts, and defect documentation.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, data validation, and UAT testing.
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and specifications to develop test strategies and plans.
• Create detailed test cases, scenarios, and documentation aligned with SQA standards.
• Execute manual testing across software applications, integrations, and data exchanges.
• Support automated testing and identify opportunities for automation.
• Perform regression testing when functionality changes are deployed or defects are fixed.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and release planning, tracking quality metrics.
