Splunk, a Cisco Company, is seeking an outstanding Solutions Engineering Leader to lead a remote team of presales Solutions Engineers supporting the Commercial/Growth business across the Americas. As the leader, you will shape how the organization operates, develop talent, and deliver business impact.

We are looking for a leader with a growth mindset who can translate business and sales strategy into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related presales role.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• AI-first mindset for applying AI to improve productivity.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams.
• Business and operational acumen, including forecasting & pipeline management.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with Sales and cross-functional leaders.
• Executive presence; translate complex technical and business concepts into insights.
• Experience leading through change and continuously improving operations.
