Splunk, a Cisco Company, seeks an outstanding Solutions Engineering Leader to guide a remote team of presales Solutions Engineers across the Americas. You will shape operations, develop talent, and drive measurable business impact.

You will translate strategy into clear priorities, partner with Sales, and champion a customer-first culture while evolving the organization to meet a dynamic business needs. This role emphasizes growth mindset and strategic execution.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or presales technical role.
• 3+ years of people management leading SEs or presales teams.
• AI-first mindset and enthusiasm for applying AI to improve productivity.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and developing talent.
• Business and operational acumen including forecasting, pipeline, execution, and performance management.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with Sales and cross-functional leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Solutions Engineering team across experience levels.
• Build a culture of technical excellence, customer focus, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.
• Align SE priorities, resources, and execution with business strategy and sales objectives.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive pipeline generation, opportunity execution, forecast accuracy, and business performance.
• Represent the SE organization in business reviews, forecast calls, and leadership forums.
• Establish effective operating rhythms across team meetings, 1:1s, performance reviews, and talent planning.
• Use data and metrics to identify trends, surface opportunities and risks, and improve outcomes.
• Build scalable programs and processes to improve productivity and consistency.
