Job summary

Deel is hiring a Solutions Engineer (Consultant) to partner with go-to-market and internal teams, supporting prospects as they evaluate Deel’s platform and offerings. You’ll translate complex client needs into actionable, scalable, compliant solutions and play a key role from discovery through implementation hand-off.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant or equivalent.
• Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles including discovery, demos, security reviews, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS product delivery and common integration approaches (APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP/Finance data flows).
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with a wide range of stakeholders (IT, Security, Ops, Finance, HR).

Responsibilities

• Showcase the value of Deel’s platform to deliver technical wins.
• Consult with prospective customers to assess current processes and propose optimized future-state solutions.
• Lead technical conversations during sales cycles, including discovery, RFP responses, and architecture workshops.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations.
