Job summary

Radicle Health seeks a Solutions Consultant to bridge technical depth and sales strategy. You will provide pre-sales support, run live demonstrations, and tailor presentations to client needs, helping prospects understand the value of our SaaS solutions.

Collaborating with account executives, Product, and Customer Success, you will craft compelling content, respond to RFPs, and help shape scalable demo environments for new product lines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in human services
• Familiarity with EHR systems or SaaS software
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to translate customer requirements into effective demonstrations
• Experience with multiple, complex product lines is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support and technical assistance to the sales team
• Conduct live solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with account executives to understand customer requirements and deliver customized presentations
• Address technical questions and provide expert guidance during the sales process
• Support the RFP process by contributing technical content and ensuring compelling responses
• Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identify and communicate customer feedback and unmet needs to internal teams
• Develop sales materials and technical documentation for new product lines
• Develop technical sales assets and scalable demo environments
• Improve sales processes by sharing feedback with the VP of Sales
• Review Gong recordings for feedback on sales tactics and presentations
