Job summary

Checkly is hiring for a post-sales technical role focused on onboarding customers, training engineering teams, and expanding usage of our synthetic monitoring and end-to-end testing platform. You will run technical onboarding, workshops, and account meetings, becoming the technical counterpart to customers.

You’ll leverage your monitoring/observability background, JS/Node.js skills, and AI tools to accelerate responses, while collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years of experience in a post-sales technical role.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, or automated testing.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/Node.js.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate customer-facing work.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to travel occasionally to customers.
• Based on the US East Coast, in Eastern Time (ET).

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers, train their engineering teams, and stay close to accounts as usage grows.
• Lead technical onboarding for new accounts: implementation, configuration, and getting first monitoring into production.
• Run workshops and trainings for customer engineering teams.
• Serve as the technical counterpart in existing accounts, supporting adoption and growth with the sales team.
• Conduct customer meetings, from technical deep dives to account check-ins.
• Contribute to technical docs and internal playbooks as you learn what works.
• Share learnings with Product Engineering and Marketing.
