Job summary

Checkly is hiring a post-sales technical specialist to onboard new customers, train engineering teams, and partner closely with sales as usage grows. You’ll run technical onboarding, deliver workshops, and address adoption challenges while communicating clearly with customers and internal teams.

Based on US East Coast, remote work, with opportunities to travel to customers as needed. Strong JavaScript/Node.js skills and hands-on monitoring experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years of experience in a post-sales technical role such as customer onboarding, workshops and trainings, and assisting growth of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Learn Checkly and the monitoring space deeply, then help customers solve reliability problems.
• Own technical onboarding for new accounts: implementation, configuration, and getting their first monitoring into production.
• Run workshops and trainings for customer engineering teams.
• Be the technical counterpart in existing accounts, supporting adoption, troubleshooting, and growth with the sales team.
• Run your own customer meetings, from technical deep dives to account check-ins.
• Contribute to technical documentation and internal playbooks as you learn what works.
• Speak with customers directly and share learnings with Product, Engineering and Marketing.
