Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the team as a remote contributor in the US (FL/GA focus) with travel to customer sites. You’ll support the sales engine by delivering high-impact demonstrations and PoCs, handling RFIs/RFPs, and building strong customer relationships across technical and business teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in observability or APM, strong presentation skills, and comfort with cloud platforms, containers, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience.
• 5 years of experience within the observability space, including Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings during trade shows and customer meetings to promote new and expanded business.
• Partner with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities and incremental opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead PoC creation and cloud-architecture discussions, supporting multiple POCs.
• Present Dynatrace’s vision to customers’ C-suite executives and provide technical guidance in Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Proposal stages.
• Deliver on-stage demonstrations with context for customers at events or booths; coordinate with team members as needed.
• Gather, qualify and provide feedback from customers to Product Management to improve market fit.
