Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Solution Engineer in Phoenix, AZ, to join our sales-engine and deliver technical value to customers. You will run compelling demos, own PoCs on-site and remotely, and build trusted advisor relationships with Dynatrace customers.

You will collaborate with product teams, services consultants, and marketing to articulate Dynatrace’s observability solutions, support RFIs/RFPs, and help win new business while traveling up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the observability space, including Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting to customers and conducting demos.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Dynatrace product offerings at customer meetings and events.
• Partner with sales to identify new sales opportunities and incremental growth.
• Lead PoC creation and cloud-architecture discussions for multiple opportunities.
• Present Dynatrace vision to C-suite executives and technical teams.
• Provide technical guidance across Discovery, Solution Evaluation and Proposal stages.
