Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Solution Engineer in the Minneapolis area to support the sales team with deep technical expertise in Advanced Observability. You will deliver compelling demos, run PoCs on-site and remotely, and collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to drive opportunities.

You will partner 1:1 with an Enterprise AE across four top accounts, travel up to 30%, and articulate business value from technical insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required.
• 3 years of experience within the observability space.
• Experience with web technologies and programming/scripting languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings at shows and customer meetings to promote new and expanded business.
• Partner with sales to identify new opportunities and support existing accounts.
• Lead PoC creation and cloud architecture discussions for multiple opportunities.
• Present Dynatrace’s vision to C-suite executives and provide technical guidance through the sales cycle.
• Deliver on-stage demonstrations at events and gather customer feedback for Product Management.
• Collaborate with partners and act as a technical contact for customers.
